Personal, Duo & Trio Training
Pilates targets the whole body to elongate, tone and strengthen muscles. Through slower, controlled movements your body is trained to correct imbalances, leaving you stronger, more flexible, ache free and looking fabulous.
Personal training sessions give you the freedom to decide when you want to train and how. Your time, your training needs.
No body or person is the same, which is why at Fab Pilates we create a customised training program around your unique body so you can reach your goals.

Personal Training (1:1)
One-to-one customised training just for you.
Includes a postural analysis on the first session for optimal work-out programming.
Access to ALL of the studio’s equipment such as the Tower, Reformer, Reformer Cardio Jumpboard, Chair, Arc Barrel, Swiss ball, foam rollers, weights, bands and more.
Sessions are 55 minutes.




Duo och Trio Personal Training (1:2 & 1:3)
Train with a friend or two, or a loved one. It’s quality time with a challenge!
Duo and Trio training takes place mostly on our Reformer machines, as well as additional equipment such as the Reformer Cardio Jumpboards, weights, bands and foam rollers.
The sessions are tailored to each individual's needs and training goals.
Sessions are 55 minutes.
