Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy - Fab Pilates Stockholm AB

1. General

By booking and participating in training sessions at Fab Pilates Stockholm AB, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The terms applicable to your booking at the time of purchase will apply.

2. Assumption of Risk

Pilates and other physical activities involve inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for determining whether they are fit to exercise.

Fab Pilates Stockholm AB and its trainers are not responsible for injuries or other consequences arising from participation to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Medical Information

Clients are encouraged to inform their trainer of any current or past injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations that may affect their ability to train safely.

Clients should consult a medical professional if they are unsure whether Pilates or other physical activity is appropriate for them.

4. Cancellation Policy

Fab Pilates Stockholm AB operates an 18-hour cancellation policy.

Sessions cancelled less than 18 hours before the scheduled start time, or missed without cancellation, will be charged in full or deducted from the client's package.

The 18-hour cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness or unforeseen circumstances, unless otherwise agreed by Fab Pilates Stockholm AB.

5. Validity of Training Packages

This section applies only to 1:1, 1:2 and Trio PT packages.

These packages are valid for 12 months from the invoice date. Unused sessions expire after this period and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This 12-month validity period does not apply to Introduction Sessions or fixed-duration courses.

6. Introduction Sessions

Introduction Sessions are intended for clients attending their first session at the studio and are valid for 3 months from the invoice date.

The Introduction Session fee is non-refundable and non-transferable after the 3-month validity period.

The 18-hour cancellation policy applies to Introduction Sessions. Sessions cancelled less than 18 hours before the scheduled start time, or missed without cancellation, will be charged in full.

7. Reformer Small Group PT Courses

Reformer Small Group PT courses are fixed-duration courses and are not subject to the 12-month validity period for PT packages.

A minimum of 2 participants is required for the course to run. If this minimum is not reached, the course may be rescheduled or cancelled and refunded.

Course places are reserved for the full course. Missed sessions cannot be refunded, credited or transferred.

Continuation courses with the same group require a minimum of 3 participants. If only two participants wish to continue, they may invite a third participant to join.

8. Privacy Policy

Fab Pilates Stockholm AB processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish data protection legislation.

Personal Data

We may collect:

• Name

• Phone number

• Email address

• Booking and scheduling information

This information is used to manage bookings, provide services, communicate with clients about their sessions, and meet applicable legal and accounting requirements.

How We Store and Share Data

Personal data may be stored in secure booking systems, email accounts and password-protected devices.

Fab Pilates Stockholm AB does not sell personal data. Where necessary, trusted service providers may process personal data on our behalf, for example in connection with booking, payment or communication services.

Marketing

Marketing communications are optional. Where consent is required, it will be obtained separately. Clients may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

​

Photography & Video

Photos or videos used for promotional purposes will only be used where appropriate consent has been obtained. Declining consent does not affect your ability to book or participate in training.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

9. Miscellaneous

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session with no reduction in the session fee.

• Fab Pilates Stockholm AB reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where a client fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions or behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights that consumers have under mandatory applicable Swedish law.
